More Flexible Reporting
We’ve completely rebuilt the reporting engine, starting with vessel timing, resource timing, and HSE. The new engine supports all the old report block formats but also adds flexible “generic” blocks. These allow you to group, sort, and filter events into listing tables, totals, bar charts, or pie charts. Reports can be styled with custom colours to match client or consultancy branding. If you are part way through a project you may notice some of your report blocks have been labelled as ‘old’. It’s up to you whether you keep using these until the end of your current project or switch them out for the new version.
Commercial Codes
You can now assign custom commercial tags to vessel timing events. Standardised commercial codes can be defined in Global Manager → Admin, then in Project Manager, you can add as many variations of these commercial codes as needed (for example, two different standby rates). When logging a timing event, you now select both the activity and project commercial code. We hope the new system will allow for reporting more aligned to contracts.

Faster Project Setup
Configurations no longer require resources to be created in advance. Streamers, sources, and sensors can now be created directly during configuration, so setting up feels like a single, straightforward step.
Automated Production Log from P1/11 Import
After importing a P1/11 file, you can now generate production log sequences automatically. The system extracts FSP/LSP and times from the file. Run-out and charged shot ranges are added from your configuration. Overlaps can be included by adjusting the shot range. This greatly reduces manual entry and the risk of copy errors, while still leaving flexibility for special cases.
Remembered QC Image Export Settings
QC image export settings are now saved between sessions, so you don’t need to reconfigure them each time.
Report Finalisation and Synchronisation
The reporting area now uses “Finalise and Publish” instead of “Save.” Once finalised, reports are read-only, synchronised between users, and published to the web portal.
Features Introduced in Late 4.1.x
🗂️ Custom Node QC Import
Custom node QC files can now be imported with attributes linked to receiver line and station ID. Standard formats from TGS and PXGEO are supported out of the box, and others can be configured.
🚩 Flag and Report Bad Nodes
Individual nodes can now be flagged as “bad” with a reason, just like bad shots.
📏 Map Measuring Tool
A simple measuring tool has been added to the map module: Click once to start, click again to finish. Right-click to cancel.
📥 Downloadable QC Attribute Reports
From any attribute plot, you can now download a full QC report. It lists the automated tests run on each attribute and details of flagged shots or shot ranges.
🎯 New QC Attributes – Gun String Crab & Separation
Two new QC attributes have been added: Gun string crab: orientation difference between the gun string and vessel course. Separation: calculated using gun orientation for more accurate values. The original separation calculation relative to course is still available.
🚌 Travel Time in HSE Logs
Embarkation and disembarkation entries can now include a fixed “travel time.” This adds to exposure hours without affecting headcount onboard.
